Search your Houdini preferences folder inside the Documents folder, labeled with the installed Houdini version:
Unzip the file into the packages folder inside your Houdini preferences folder:
In Houdini, open a new tab with a Material Palette pane and search for Redshift/YMA Toon Studio category:
